Escape the confusion, learn to pick ideas with the highest potential and Learn the Step-by-Step Method

Dear Entrepreneur,

There is a lot of advice out there for entrepreneurs.  Not all of it is useful or clear. I know. I have started or advised dozens of startups, and I teach entrepreneurship at one of the top business schools in the world.

Often the idea isn't workable; the company will never be viable. But the entrepreneurs won't know that until they have wasted time and thousands of dollars just trying to make it work.

This does NOT have to happen to you!

Based on my two decades of experience, I have developed a 7-step process to evaluate your business idea. When you are done with this process, you will know, with a high degree of certainty, how likely it is that your idea will succeed.

I respect your privacy and I promise to never ever sell your name or address to anyone. You can unsubscribe anytime and you have my word on this!

Yes, I am ready to learn these 7-steps. Please send a free copy of your "7-Steps to a Successful Startup" now!

I know the right questions to ask!

How do I know? Because I've been there. You can read my whole biography in the left hand column. But let me tell you a little about myself...

My name is Naeem Zafar. I teach entrepreneurship at the internationally respected University of California, Berkeley, at the Haas Business School. I've been involved with dozens of startup companies.

I have personally worked at six of them, and have been an advisor for many more. I've mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs.

One of my startups went public and was sold for over $150,000,000.

It's true: the vast majority of startups fail. But you don't need to be one of those statistics!

Think about what a startup failure means in human terms: Hard-working, bright, creative people leave their jobs to begin a new company from scratch. They put everything they have into this startup, working day and night, living off their savings.

Their idea isn't workable; the company will never be viable. But they won't know that until they have wasted time and thousands of dollars just trying to make it work.

Twelve, maybe eighteen months later, it's over. The company is done, their savings are gone. They join a long line of would-be entrepreneurs who left their jobs too soon, and followed a dream that could never come true.

This does NOT have to happen to you!

This may be the story for many people, but it doesn't have to be YOUR story. You see, there are reasons why startups fail. And if you know the right questions to ask, you can know which ideas are likely to succeed and which are doomed to fail.

In my 25 years of working in this field, I've seen a lot of companies succeed, and even more fail. Both the successes and the failures follow predictable patterns.

You need to do this BEFORE you quit your day job!

Work through this process NOW, before you leave the income and security of your present job.

As you can probably guess from my history, I love to see people leave their boring, predictable jobs to be a part of a new, exciting startup. But I hate to see people pour so much of their energy, time, and money into something that has little chance of succeeding.

My process will tell you:

1.  What you must know before you quit your day job to pursue your business idea.

2.  Whether or not you should spend a lot of time and money developing a prototype or doing legal paperwork.

3.  Which of your ideas is most likely to succeed.

4.  Are you sure that you have the right personality and qualities to be an entrepreneur

5.  What simple steps can save you months of agony later after you have developed the product and formed the company?

6.  How do you select team members and how do you divide up equity?

All of this before you have wasted large amounts of time and effort!

P.S. The real value of having a great idea at the start is that, right from the beginning, you can focus on what will work! Get the "7-Steps to a Successful Startup" today.
